I’m so happy you’ve found yourself here. I facilitate energetic healing through Reiki, Emotion Code, and Body Code. I’ve always been interested in energy, how it affects us, and ways to use it for healing and to improve overall well-being in body, mind, and spirit.

 

As an avid sports fan, that turned into a passion and desire to help players who are are recovering from injury, wanting to up their performance levels, and build resiliency in their bodies.
